If you like coconut, this might be the easiest recipe for a quick dessert! The nice thing about this recipe is that you more than likely have the ingredients already on hand. The bisquick and eggs combine to make the "crust", and with only 3/4 cup sugar, it's not too sweet. It reminded me of an egg custard pie with coconut. I actually ate a slice the other morning for breakfast. It tastes great with a dollop of cool whip and my morning cup of coffee... So here's the free printable recipe card for it too!
